Youth Ministry / Church Outreach Director

• The Youth Ministry / Church Outreach Director leads a Christ-centered, biblically grounded ministry for students in grades 6-12, focusing on discipleship, biblical and doctrinal teaching, and leadership development. This position will also oversee church-wide outreach and evangelism in the local community.

• Full-time position. $57K plus benefits.

• Qualified candidate should live a life reflecting the biblical qualifications of an elder (though this employee is not an elder), have a clear testimony of faith, and doctrinal statements aligning with those of New Heights Church.

New Heights is a Bible-teaching, elder-led community of believers in Indianola, Iowa seeking to reach the lost with the whole gospel of Jesus Christ. We proclaim Jesus and his life changing message of the Gospel. But how can we know this message unless we study and rightly understand the Scriptures? At New Heights, Jesus is proclaimed but His word is also explained.
