The Community Church of Douglaston is seeking a dedicated and proactive part-time Church Administrator to serve as the operational backbone of our congregation. This vital role manages day-to-day office administration, oversees facility logistics and property compliance, handles financial workflows and bookkeeping (including QuickBooks and payroll), and provides key administrative support to the Pastor and Consistory. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in or quick adaptability to digital church management platforms like Tithely.com, and a welcoming, professional demeanor. The position is on-site for 30 hours per week (5 days a week, 6 hours a day, typically Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) at a compensation rate of $26.00 per hour.
