Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ordained minister with a recognized theological degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in pastoral leadership, preferably in a senior or lead pastor role.
• Strong preaching and communication skills, able to connect with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate pastoral care and counseling.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills for managing church operations.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for ministry growth and outreach.
