About New Hope
New Hope Assembly of God exists to Pursue God. Inspire Hope. Love Our Neighbors. We are a growing, Christ-centered church committed to reaching people, building healthy families, developing leaders, and helping people take their next step with Jesus.
We are looking for a passionate and relational Youth Pastor who will help lead our students into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and create an environment where students feel known, loved, challenged, and equipped to live out their faith.
The Role
The Youth Pastor will provide spiritual leadership and oversight for New Hope's youth ministry, serving students in middle school and high school. This individual will develop and lead a healthy, engaging, and discipleship-focused youth ministry that reaches students both inside and outside the church.

- Develop strategies to reach students who do not currently attend church.
- Encourage students to invite their friends and participate in serving our community.
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and other appropriate avenues for reaching students.
