Senior Pastor

Our Bible-based community church is prayerfully seeking a who is called to serve God and shepherd His people.

We are a warm, welcoming congregation of approximately (40) attendees who desire to grow spiritually, strengthen our fellowship, and reach out into our community with love and the message of Jesus Christ.

We are looking for a pastor who:

• Has a genuine calling to pastoral ministry and a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Believes the Bible is the inspired and authoritative word of God
• Is committed to sound biblical preaching and teaching
• Has a heart for shepherding, encouraging and building relationships
• Enjoys serving a small, close-knit church and becoming part of the community
• Is willing to work with the congregation to help our church grow spiritually and reach others
• Demonstrates integrity, humility and a compassionate servant's heart

We are a small but caring congregation where the pastor can truly know the people and make a meaningful difference in their lives. We value fellowship, prayer, biblical teaching and serving our community.

We are open to considering either a full-time or part-time pastoral position depending upon the candidate's circumstances and needs of the church.

We are a small community church that had one been part of the United Methodist Church prior to a decision to disaffiliate approximately three years ago. We've had one pastor since then and he's recently decided to seek God's direction as a full-time pastor. We are small but filled with a lot of faith and a lot of love.

We have about (40) regular attendees, but we definitely have room to grow.
