Family Minister

We are a congregation of approximately 140 people, with the majority of our members being over the age of 55. As we look toward the future, we have a strong desire to grow our church family and reach the next generation, particularly young adults and families with children.

Our goal is to create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where people of all ages feel connected, valued, and encouraged in their faith. We want to build meaningful relationships within our community, support young families in their spiritual journey, and provide opportunities for children and youth to grow in their relationship with Christ.

We recognize that reaching the next generation may require us to be intentional about how we worship, serve, communicate, and engage with our community. We hope to build on the faith, wisdom, and experience of our current congregation while embracing new ideas and opportunities that will help our church grow and thrive.

Ultimately, our desire is to become a vibrant, multigenerational church where people of every age can find a sense of belonging, grow in their faith, and discover meaningful ways to serve God and others. We want to ensure that our church is not only strong today but also prepared to welcome and nurture future generations.

We are seeking someone who:

• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

• Is passionate about discipleship and helping others grow spiritually
• Has strong leadership and organizational skills
• Enjoys building relationships and working with volunteers
• Has a heart for children students, young adults families and senior adults.
• Is committed to serving alongside the pastor, church staff and congregation.
