Minister of Worship Arts

The Minister of Worship Arts will be responsible for a worship team that leads the congregation of Antioch Christian Church in a weekly worship experience that glorifies God, affirms the preached word, encourages participation—and promotes love, unity, and a spirit-filled environment.

The Minister of Worship Arts will work in partnership with ACC’s worship technology team, church secretary, and ministerial staff to ensure that sound system operation, video presentation software (Pro-Presenter), sanctuary lighting, video live-streaming, video editing, planning center, and social media platforms are working properly and being utilized fully.

The Minister of Worship Arts will work with the ACC staff as part of a team for casting vision, making disciples, planning events and sermons, and responding to ministry needs. 

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 (depending on qualifications)  

Job Responsibilities Overview:

- Lead weekly worship services and worship teams

- Recruit, schedule, and develop musicians and vocalists

- Oversee worship technology, livestreaming, media, and Planning Center

- Help coordinate special worship services and outreach events

- Partner with church staff in ministry, discipleship, and church-wide events

- Model Christian leadership and support ACC’s mission and values
