WHO YOU ARE

Our next Worship Director cares deeply about people, passionately platforms others before platforming themselves, knows how to minister on and off the platform, and thrives in a collaborative staff environment in creating worship experiences that are expressive, dynamic, and engaging.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Be and make disciples that Pursue Jesus, Build Community, and Restore Hope
• Create engaging moments of ministry through musical worship
• Recruit, train, encourage, and lead vocalists, instrumentalists, and creative teams (Audio, Video, Lighting, Presentation, Streaming) that serve both our campuses
• Assist in telling our story through video and other creative forms of communication
• Assist in developing the next generation of worship leaders
• Share in the care, spiritual development, and ministry leadership of our church

WHAT SKILLS AND TRAITS YOU NEED

• A growing relationship with Jesus and a life of integrity
• Proven ability and experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining volunteer worship and creative teams
• Ability to play and sing with heart and excellence
• Firm grasp of live audio, lighting, video, and software used by worship and creative teams (ProPresenter, Planning Center, multitracks, etc)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knows how to draw out the excellence in others
• A heart for discipleship, outreach, and building relationships with musicians and other creatives
• An entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, initiative, and a desire to build and strengthen ministry
