Worship Leader / Pastor

We are seeking a passionate, dynamic and skilled Worship Leader / Pastor, to inspire and lead thousands of young people at our Christian resort. This position offers an exciting opportunity to cultivate a spiritual atomosphere where faith, music, and leadership intersect. The ideal candidate will possess a deep love for Jesus, music, strong leadership skills, and a heart committed to nurturing spiritual growth and revival with the thousands that we encounter on our mission field. This role will be pivotal in shaping the spiritual atmosphere of our services, fostering musical excellence, and mentoring or interns and team members to thrive in their calling.

The Realife Campus in Vero Beach is a very unique Christian Retreat setting. Most missionary employees live on campus and benifit from the all inclusive room and board opportunity. The campus setting is on a 80 acre Christian retreat property that is situated in the beautiful Vero Beach community. This opportunity could include room and board with campus housing, utilities, chef prepared meals, child care and a daily golf cart commute to work! Responcibilities

• Lead and oversee worship, music and programming of an existing worship band and A/V team.
• Plan and coordinate Retreat and Camp events, outreach programs, and worship services at various locations that promote the Gospel and foster spiritual revival.
• Provide spiritual leadership through preaching, teaching and mentoring of our missionary staff and volunteers.
