seeking a visionary, faith-driven leader to step into the role of General Director. Operating under the Pacific Coast Children’s Mission (PCCM), this is a unique

Founded in 1944, Camp Homewood began with a rugged, pioneering spirit and a

profound mission: to reach children and families across the isolated coastlines of British

Columbia. Over the last 80 years, it has blossomed into a beloved, year-round

institution.

Located on beautiful Quadra Island—the gateway to the Discovery Islands—our

property is surrounded by the breathtaking, uncorrupted beauty of God’s creation. With

expansive evergreen forests, vibrant marine life, and stunning ocean views, Homewood

is a sanctuary where the noise of the world fades, allowing guests to encounter Christ

clearly. The camp features exceptional, diverse programs ranging from traditional camp

crafts and canoeing to a renowned historic waterfront and a fully operational ranch

Director, you won't just manage budgets—you will shape the spiritual culture of a

leading a dedicated staff team (including an Operations Manager, Office Manager, and

Position Status: Open until filled.

Remuneration: On-site housing provided; base salary and personal missionary

support-raising structure to be determined by the Board.
