We are looking for a high-energy, visionary leader to join our Newnan team as the Transit Director. The Heart of the Role

As the Transit Director, your mission is to inspire and equip students to follow Jesus. You aren’t just running a program; you are creating an irresistible environment where 6th, 7th, and 8th graders can:

• Prioritize their relationship with Jesus.
• Influence their friends with the Gospel.
• Experience personal ministry and community.
• Discover a faith that is truly their own.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be the architect of the middle school experience at our Newnan campus. This role is about leadership development and movement-making. You will spend your time:

• Developing Leaders: Recruiting, training, and pouring into the small group leaders and volunteers who make Transit possible.
• Creating Engaging Environments: Programming weekly Sunday experiences—from worship and teaching to hosting—that unchurched students actually love to attend.
• Partnering with Families: Communicating with and equipping parents to lead their students at home.
• Being a Presence in the Community: Building bridges with local schools (FCA, WyldLife) and marketing Transit to the Newnan area through creative branding and social media.
• Collaborating for Impact: Working with our multi-campus team to implement high-level strategy across all Southside locations.

• Dynamic Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to teach age-appropriate messages from the stage.
• Leadership Gifting: A proven track record of developing leaders and managing systems.

• Collaborative Spirit: A leader mindset who thrives on team collaboration.
