
House Parent (Full-Time)
A Christ-Centered Ministry Opportunity
Blanket Fort Hope (BFH) is prayerfully inviting applications for a House Parent(s) to serve in a Christ-centered, trauma-informed female residential ministry.
This role is rooted in the Christian conviction that healing happens through presence. Following the model of Christ’s incarnation, God with us. House Parents embody theology through shared life, faithful accompaniment, and love expressed in daily practice. Scripture calls God’s people to protect the vulnerable, practice hospitality, and participate in God’s work of restoration (Isaiah 1:17; Matt. 25:40).
About the Role
Live-in House Parents provide a stable, nurturing home for children and adolescents recovering from trauma, including human trafficking. This position offers a rare opportunity to practice incarnational ministry, integrating Christian faith into everyday rhythms through prayer, structure, compassion, and consistency.

Child survivors of human trafficking need to be surrounded by people who understand their trauma. Often, their actions and reactions are cries for help in disguise. Blanket Fort Hope understands and is equipped to help them heal with trauma-informed therapy in a safe environment. We have licensed, caring professionals on staff to guide them through their pain and help them find hope and healing.
