Operations & Pastor’s Assistant

This role serves as the administrative and operational backbone for Woodruff Place Baptist Church and assists the Lead Pastor both in the church and in collaborative partnerships. You will balance high-level administrative precision with people-focused coordination to support local ministry and youth development across the Near Eastside. Woodruff is a growing dynamic congregation that prioritizes the preaching of the word, authentic discipleship relationships, and social engagement.
