Eastown Church is a start up church in San Ramon, California. The Bay Area is the #1 un-churched and de-churched area in our nation. The East Bay in particular is a rapidly growing, diverse, and innovative culture and Eastown exists to expand the gospel to those individuals and families who do not know the love and freedom of Jesus Christ yet.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
To create a fun environment where kids know and experience the love of Jesus, and parents are equipped to help their kids pursue the life Jesus has for them.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and build Eastown Kids Team
- Develop and Train Eastown Kids Team
- Provide Vision, Care, and Next Steps for Each Kids Volunteer
- Execute Eastown Kids Volunteer Scheduling
- Coordinate curriculum and supplies for each class
- Create an engaging atmosphere for large group
- Oversee the setup and tear down of the Eastown Kids area
- Develop a team to plan and execute special event Sundays
- Partner with parents in the spiritual development of their children
- Oversee Eastown Kids Attendance Reporting
- Oversee Eastown Visitor Welcome Process
- Attend staff meetings 2x per month
