Restore Park Hill Youth Director/Pastor


Title: PH Youth Director

Status: Full-time Exempt 

1:1 Report: Campus Pastor

Ministry Team: Next-Gen

Location: Park Hill Campus


Primary Objectives:

  • Catalyze discipleship of Restore Youth students ages 6-12 grade
  • Build and Develop a team of volunteer leaders to disciple students ages 6-12 grade
  • Empower parents and guardians to be the primary spiritual leaders of their students. 


Primary Outcomes:

  • Every student is connected in an intentional discipleship environment where they have the opportunity to experience character transformation and calling activation
  • Regular
  • Restore Youth (RY) Middle School Experience during Sunday in person gatherings
  • RY High School Weekly Experience 
  • Development and coaching of Middle School small group leaders
  • Development and coaching of High School small group leaders
  • Irregular
  • Attendance at: Para-Church groups i.e. Young Life, Wild Life, FCA, etc.
  • RY Events
  • CIY Mix Camp, CIY MOVE Camp
  • Conferences
  • Service Projects


  • Parents or guardians have the opportunity to be equipped and resourced by the youth pastor to grow the confidence as the primary spiritual disciple-makers of their students

Students are experiencing character transformation and calling activation. 

  • Students are growing in Character Transformation - embodying the fruits of the spirit and the Character of Jesus
  • Students are challenge by Small group leaders and Youth Pastor to take steps forward and be transformed to model the character of Christ
  • Students are growing in their Calling Activation - living out the great commission and missional activation in their everyday communities
  • Serving in ministry opportunities inside and outside Restore
  • On mission as an intentional disciple maker – helping others find their way back to God.
  • Attending Core Courses like Missionary Pathway and Alpha


Recruit and develop a growing team of leaders who are being discipled and experiencing character transformation and calling activation

  • Meet regularly with leaders for development and discipleship
  • Prepare leadership skill trainings (Team Trainings, other leader gatherings)
  • Walk every new leader through the leadership pathway
  • Connect with at least 3 leaders a month.


Other

  • Meet regularly (min. biweekly) with your direct report for discipleship and development 
  • Support and live out the vision, mission, values and competencies of Restore
  • Create and develop a student leadership team
  • Other duties as added or modified by your direct report
