We are a growing church replant in Dublin, Georgia, committed to the authority of Scripture, expositional preaching, gospel-centered ministry, and the Great Commission. The Lord has been faithful in revitalizing our congregation, and we are prayerfully seeking the right man to help us continue building a healthy, Christ-exalting church.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Worship & Student Minister who is creative, resourceful, and theologically grounded. This man will lead our congregation in Christ-centered, theologically rich corporate worship and shepherd our middle and high school students with a vision to develop the next generation of faithful disciples.

This role requires both a pastoral heart and musical competency, with a passion for seeing students rooted in sound doctrine and actively integrated into the life of the church.

Primary Responsibilities:

Worship Ministry

• Plan and lead weekly corporate worship services in collaboration with the Senior Pastor
• Select songs that are doctrinally sound and congregationally accessible
• Develop and shepherd volunteer musicians and vocalists
• Oversee service flow, media, and technical elements
• Cultivate a worship culture that is God-centered rather than performance-driven

Student Ministry

• Lead and develop a biblically faithful ministry for middle and high school students
• Teach Scripture clearly and faithfully
• Equip parents as the primary disciplers of their children
• Recruit and train adult volunteers
• Provide pastoral care and discipleship for students

Qualifications

• A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ
• Agreement with BFM 2000
• Called to pastoral ministry
• Seminary training preferred (completed or in progress)
• Demonstrated musical ability to lead congregational worship
• Experience in student ministry preferred
• Strong character, humility, and teachability
• A heart for church revitalization and long-term ministry
