Associate Pastor on Discipleship

FBC Giddings is looking for a leader—not just to fill a position—but to help steward a growing movement for all people to encounter Jesus, be changed by Him, and join His mission.

We are a thriving, multi-generational church of 500+ in a small-town Texas community with a deep commitment to daily discipleship (Luke 9:23), leadership development, and LifeGroup multiplication.

The Associate Pastor of Discipleship will:

• Build and strengthen clear discipleship pathways

• Lead and multiply LifeGroups

• Oversee Next Steps and guest assimilation

• Develop and coach volunteer leaders

• Help cultivate a culture of daily surrender and spiritual formation
