Office Manager — New Life Church

Are you organized, service-minded, passionate about supporting ministry, and love having fun? Join our team as Office Manager to lead daily church office operations, support pastoral staff, oversee finances, personnel, facilities, and foster a warm, welcoming environment at New Life Church.

What you’ll do:

- Supervise the New Life Church office; manage reception and phone coverage Monday - Friday during business hours.

- Maintain church calendar, Planning Center, and people database

- Oversee office budget, deposits, payroll, and financial records

- Coordinate communications with the Creative Arts Pastor (newsletters, emails, printed materials)

- Manage building usage, logistics and coordination with outside users

- Provide administrative support to the Senior Pastor and ministry teams

You bring:

- Commitment to New Life Church’s beliefs, mission, and values

- 2–3 years office management experience preferred (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred)

- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and church management platforms (We will train you on our systems - it is vital that you are technology and computer literate)

- A servant’s heart and ability to work independently
