Theater Set Design and Build Projects (The Bay Kids)

SUMMARY

The Bay Kids is looking for a creative person who has experience in designing and dressing a small stage. Our Kids ministry goes through 4-5 drama series a year and our two campuses require set changes for each series. The Kids team comes up with the idea for the series - the Theater Set Designer and Builder would come up with a design that fits the series and then builds / implements what props and set pieces would work in our spaces. Having the projects ready and in place by the first ‘showtime’ is key. Must be deadline-oriented and able to work ahead.

• You have experience in creating an engaging set with minimal direction
• You are flexible in work hours 
• You have excellent creative intelligence and time management skills
• You have a good eye for detail and the ability to generate many ideas
• You are deadline driven and committed to see a project to completion with excellence
• You have the ability to maintain confidential information
