The Campus Life Minister coordinates, develops, and delivers spiritual materials, guidance, and support to single parents and their families living at Hope Haven. He must be able to connect to people and build positive relations around the gospel of Jesus Christ. He must be a self-starter who can lead people and also follow the directives of the Single Parent’s Ministry Manager. If interested, contact David via email: [email protected]
At NMCCH, we believe that the truest human purpose is to join God in loving others as He would have us love them. Believing in God's desire for people to be just, to be merciful, walk humbly, and love one another, we strive to help people in need. In a phrase, we stand by the words Jesus spoke when he said, "go and do likewise."
We envision a world where the people we serve have seen firsthand the power of love, mercy, and humility; where they join those who are inspired, empowered and eager to "go and do likewise." Breaking a cycle is good. Starting a new one is even better.
We do this by providing homes and a Christian community for the people we serve. Along with a safe place to live, food, and clothing, we provide and coordinate social services that include mental health counseling, spiritual guidance, life coaching, adoption services, and educational & vocational opportunities. Most of all, we show people that they matter; that they are important to God, and that they are important to us. We serve K-12 youth, young adults ages eighteen to twenty-two, single parents and their minor children, and mothers who are pregnant and have no safe living conditions.
