Kids Ministry Director

Oasis of Hollywood is seeking a passionate and committed Kids Director to lead and grow our children’s ministry serving Kinder–6th Grade students. This is a full-time position with benefits and housing options available for the right candidate.

Position Overview

 The Kids Director will oversee and lead our weekly after-school kids program, creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate weekly after-school programming for Kinder–6th Grade students
• Develop age-appropriate, biblically grounded curriculum and activities
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers in children’s ministry
• Build strong, caring relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming ministry environment
• Partner with Oasis leadership to advance the mission and values of Oasis of Hollywood

Qualifications

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for children
• Experience working or volunteering in children’s ministry
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with children, families, and volunteers
• Background check required

Our weekly programs, Kidz Klub, Oasis Youth, Encounter, and bi-weekly Parent Ed exist to equip & inspire the entire family to follow Jesus as well as empower them through meeting practical needs of food, groceries, teachings, and more.
