Online Prayer Counselor & Outreach Coordinator (Remote)

Position Summary

An Online Prayer Counselor provides spiritual guidance, prayer support, and encouragement to individuals through digital platforms such as email, messaging apps, video calls, and social media. This role also involves promoting and marketing prayer counseling services to reach individuals seeking faith-based support and spiritual care.

Key Responsibilities

Prayer Counseling & Spiritual Support

• Provide compassionate, faith-based prayer support to individuals seeking spiritual guidance.
• Respond to prayer requests through online platforms, email, chat, or video sessions.
• Offer encouragement, biblical guidance, and spiritual counseling when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy when addressing sensitive spiritual concerns.
• Follow up with individuals who request continued prayer support.

Marketing & Outreach

• Promote online prayer counseling services through social media, digital platforms, and community networks.
• Create and share faith-based content, prayer messages, and inspirational posts to engage audiences.
• Develop outreach strategies to connect with individuals seeking spiritual support.
• Assist with building an online presence for prayer services through marketing campaigns, newsletters, or community partnerships.
• Encourage participation in prayer sessions, virtual gatherings, or spiritual support groups.

Administrative Support

• Maintain records of prayer requests while respecting confidentiality.
• Schedule and manage virtual prayer sessions or counseling appointments.
• Track engagement and outreach efforts to improve service reach.

Qualifications

• Strong personal faith and understanding of spiritual counseling or prayer ministry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and active listening.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing, outreach, or community engagement.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct in spiritual care.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ministry, pastoral care, or spiritual counseling.
• Familiarity with digital outreach tools, email marketing, or content creation.
