Student Pastor

We are seeking a full-time Student Pastor (Grades 6-12). Our church is located outside of Charleston, West Virginia (the capital city of WV) in the community of Cross Lanes. We are seeking a humble and capable leader who is passionate about making disciples of students and their families. A high priority will be placed on a capacity to evangelize, to teach the Word of God effectively, and a demonstrated record of faithfulness in a Student Ministry setting.

Responsibilities will include overseeing a comprehensive Student Ministry with a strong team of leaders, as well as secondarily coordinating with the College Ministry, and Children’s Ministry of the Church (and the Director) for building a coordinated family ministry. A minimum of three years of ministry experience is desired. Preferably seminary educated, and qualified candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree will also be considered. Compensation is competitive.
