Kids Director

Sojourn Church is excited to be on a journey of hiring a new, full-time Director for Sojourn Kids.

This position requires a visionary leader who carries the gift of a shepherd for our families. They will be responsible for sustaining the vision, ministry philosophy, culture, and construct that has been created in Sojourn Kids. We believe that parents are the main influence of discipleship for their children. This role will involve coming alongside parents and equipping them in this way.

With a robust volunteer team, this position also requires leadership skills in leading their team leads and volunteers, from onboarding to coordinating for Sunday mornings.

Communication skills are necessary as this role will be the primary voice to the broader congregation on Sunday mornings, as well as family gatherings held twice a year.

Sojourn Church is located in Marietta, GA - a family-friendly suburb about 2 minutes Northwest of Atlanta.

Sojourn was planted in 2012 by our Lead Pastor Ernie Wagoner. We are a part of a local network, the Transformation Network, and are also a part of Acts 29.

Our church covers a broad demographic - from young families to empty nesters. We have a bustling Kids Ministry and growing Student Ministry.

We exist to see lives transformed by the Gospel of Jesus.
