Job Description

The Minister to Families and Children’s function is to focus on creating engaging and age-appropriate programs to foster spiritual growth, develop faith, and nurture children’s emotional and social well-being. This includes overseeing all birth through 6th grade Next Generation programs and activities while partnering with parents to help equip them to disciple their children and introduce them to Jesus. This position should also focus on mentoring and equipping volunteers and servant leaders to serve effectively in the ministry.
