Worship and Creative Arts Pastor or Director

Northwest Christian Church is a multi-generational and multi-site Church with campuses currently in Newberg, McMinnville and Tigard Oregon.

Job Description:

· Responsible for the strategic planning, ministry programing/implementation and budgeting/finances oversight for the Music and Production elements of all Worship Gatherings, with a primary focus on the Newberg Campus.

· Supervises all staff on the Worship and Production Team in Newberg, while coaching and collaborating with the Worship and Production staff and volunteers at the Tigard and McMinnville Campuses. Member of the Ministry Leadership Team.

· This is currently a full-time, salaried position requiring at least 5 years of similar ministry and leadership experience.

Job Description:

This position exists to provide spiritual, relational and programmatic leadership for the Student Ministries of NCC, focused on Middle School Students, High School Students and their families. The primary geographic focus will be at the Newberg Campus, but this role will include the coaching and encouragement of staff, residents, student staff and interns serving in Newberg or any other NCC Campus. The My Zone Program and Staff will also be led by this person.

· Degree in related field with at least 2 years of experience, or commensurate experience in student ministries of at least 5 years

· Experience and competence in Student Ministry Program design and delivery

· Experience and competence in Leadership Development and Team Building

· Experience and competence in Public Speaking and Bible-based Message preparation and delivery

This is currently a full-time, salaried position.
