I POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for audio mixes during worship services, productions, and special presentations. Support tasks will range from personally setting up and mixing sound and assisting volunteers assigned to operate in that same capacity. Assist with the completion and delivery of audio recordings. Help maintain and repair the various audio/tech systems. Assist with related media pre/post production. Coordinate and execute assistance in the Technical Ministries.
II PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Foster an atmosphere of quality, professionalism and teamwork within the technical crews
2. Determines and designs preferred course of action to meet the audio-tech needs for weekend services and special events in coordination with the Technical Director’s direction
3. Assists with the operation and maintenance of multi-media, lighting, and a/v systems throughout the RHCC ministry.
4. Assists with coordinating and communicating a/v needs with third parties (special events, memorials, etc..)
5. Dedicate time for meeting, making calls, email RHCC ministries and outside coordinators.
6. Attend necessary pre and post production meetings.
7. Aid in oversight of the performance of the Technical Ministry Crews
8. Develop an effective working relationship between the various technical crews and on-stage talent
9. Provide authoritative guidance to the volunteer crews on technical decisions.
10. Assist with Audio pre/post production. (voice overs, audio for video,etc…)
11. Provide both formal and “on the job” training sessions for volunteers
12. Recommend purchases of various technical system components to the Director and maintain accurate inventory of technical equipment
13. Maintain adequate stock of materials and supplies to meet and/or exceed the demands of schedules events
14. Keep abreast of the latest development in related technical fields
15. Assist in delegating assignments and supervise technical assistant
III GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Dedicated to ministering to people in a warm manner that leads to a closer understanding of the sufficiency of Jesus Christ.
1. Acts as a contributing member of the Technical Ministries department
2. Regularly assists the Director of Technical Ministries in communicating, managing, and training the volunteer crew
3. Works under limited, general supervision in regards to audio maintenance and upkeep

Attends classes and seminars as necessary to improve knowledge and skills

VII EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Requires course work at the college level or a minimum of four years experience operating sound-systems. Significant training and experience in the setup and operation of audio mixing for live audiences and recordings. Comfortable operating both digital and analog sound-boards/sound equipment and a functional knowledge of digital audio networking (Dante). Has the ability to mix various styles of music in a pleasing and musical manner. Has professional skills and understanding in regard to audio post-production and digital editing, internet delivery, as well as layback and sweetening audio for video. Knows how to operate current audio production software (i.e., Logic Pro or equivalent) and scheduling software (Planning Center Online). Requires current knowledge of Windows and Macintosh operating systems, word processing, email, and internet functions. Requires excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work with deadlines and work as a team player.

I POSITION SUMMARY
Provides maintenance, and operations tasks (including security, custodial, and set-up support) for the church campuses.
II PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Follows the work schedule and daily routines given by the supervisor
· Reviews and completes workorders via digital CMMS
· Uses latest technologies to perform duties as needed.
· Responsible for repair/maintenance of entire facility and systems including: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof repair, light carpentry & drywall, landscape, lock and key system maint.
· Uses hand and power tools in the course of daily routine
· Responsible for maintaining exterior/interior paint of entire facility
· Maintains inventory for paint and painting supplies
· Maintains Workshop and work areas in a clean and orderly manner
· Provide support in set up, cleaning and take down of rooms as directed by supervisor.
· Provides safety/security support as needed by checking doors and windows grounds and buildings for hazards and loss management issues
· Supports IT infrastructure in the following ways: configure/support/troubleshoot digital phone system, create, troubleshoot, and repair ethernet cabling as needed.

VII EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Has working knowledge of hand and power tools, and the ability to demonstrate competency in the use of those tools. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical and/or HVAC systems preferred. Comfortable with the use of latest technologies. Basic understanding of IT systems and/or an ability/willingness to learn. Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a workday. Ability to troubleshoot multiple facility systems. Able to work alone, and work well with others. Must be self-motivated. Very good English and communication skills.
