Job Requirements: 

* Affirm and adhere to FBT’s statement of faith and become a church member.

* Experience leading children as a teacher.

* Ability to gain and hold the trust of the people of the church.

* Understanding and competence in teaching, planning, and leading volunteer teams.

* Be a team player.

Job Description:

The Director will:

* Cultivate a desire within children to learn God’s Word, and apply it to their lives. 

* Passionately teach in the children’s ministry in both small class setting, and the larger Kidzone service each week. 

* Work efficiently with a team of volunteers and spiritually lead them in ministering to the students.  

* Promote and grow a thriving children’s ministry. 

* Cultivate and grow a children’s ministry that is consistent with the vision of the Pastor and true to the culture of FBT. 

* Develop and administer a ministry budget.
