ACCOUNTABLE TO: Lead Pastor

PURPOSE: Provide general leadership and oversight to the entire congregation.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Maintain the Unity of LifeBridge

2. The growth of your campus

3. Lead the local campus

4. Identify, recruit and develop key ministry leaders

5. Facilitate the weekend services

6. Be actively involved with the community to champion the value of outreach

7. Serve on the Executive Team of LifeBridge

a. Be an active part of creating and developing message series

b. Pray and dream with executive team on overall ministry decisions for the overall organization.

SKILL/ABILITY/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Called to LifeBridge

2. A servant’s heart that maintains a strong, consistent devotional life

3. Visionary

4. Team builder - Be a leader that brings out the best in the team, empowering them, while raising up new leaders

5. Self-starter with entrepreneurial work ethic

6. Able to give and follow direction

7. Genuine love for God and people

8. Good public communicator

9. Well organized, dependable and teachable

10. Willing to go that extra mile, having that “can do” attitude
