Job Classification: Regular Full Time, Associate Pastor

Job Function: The Associate Pastor of Worship leads the congregation in worship and coordinates our music ministry teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Worship Ministry

Northside Baptist Church in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor of Worship who will lead our congregation in worship and coordinate our music ministry teams. This position will play a pivotal role in attracting more families to our church and involving them in inter-generational ministry. We are looking for a team builder and a confident musician with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and some experience in worship ministry. As an Associate Pastor, this man will work in partnership with the Senior Pastor in accomplishing other pastoral duties within the church. Salary is based on experience and education, with additional benefits included.
