The guest experience director leads that charge through building the teams, identifying and nurturing the leaders, and developing the systems that create an environment where everyone feels at home.
Role Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hospitality and/or leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on direct guest and volunteer interaction and leading staff
- High-level networking and relationship acumen
- Strong Leadership skills (leading leaders, developing systems and leading meetings consistently)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment, while consistently making sound, critical decisions under pressure
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, creativity, and vision to relevant ministries in support of welcoming, irresistible environments
- Develop relevant Guest Experience policies and procedures, establish and implement quality standards, and ensure consistent delivery every weekend across multiple campuses
- Develop and maintain schedules that ensure adequate staffing in all Guest Experience areas
- Establish and maintain relationships with local and state authorities who assist with traffic and security measures while coordinating signage, parking and volunteers for special events
