Job Description
1. Required Spiritual Traits

2. Technical Proficiencies
- Instrumental leadership
- Vocal leadership
- Projection (Mac, ProPresenter, PowerPoint)
- Sound (Basic wiring/cabling/microphones; Behringer X32 Producer; Powerplay P16 in-ear monitor system)
- Organization (Planning Center; Excel; Budget responsibility)
3. Leadership Proficiencies
- Recruit, audition, train and retain team members
- Encourage and disciple team members
- Organize weekly rehearsals and
- Develop worship sets
4. Weekly Time Allocation
- Sunday service: 3 hours
- Planning, preparing and communicating: 5 hours
- Rehearsal: 3 hours
- Leadership meetings: 1 hour
5. Job Could Be Expanded up to 30 Hours/Week to Include:
- Website maintenance via Wix
- Facebook and Instagram maintenance
- Special event planning
Compensation: Approximately $16,000 - $27,000 per year, depending on range of duties.
