POSITION OVERVIEW
SUMMARY:
The Student Minister will partner with the NextGen Minister to be a strategic and innovative leader who positions the Grace Hill Student Ministry for opportunities to reach, grow, and care for students. This includes overseeing all aspects of Middle School and High School Ministry at Grace Hill Church.

Collierville is a great place to live, work, and play! With a 2020 population of 51,778, it is the 14th largest city in Tennessee and the 765th largest city in the United States.
Collierville has incredible parks (Johnson, Cox, Hinton, Suggs, and the Wolf River Trails) as well as being located just 15 minutes from Shelby Farms Park and 10 minutes from Herb Parsons Lake.
Collierville has incredible schools that feature 6 Elementary schools, 2 Middle schools (West Collierville and Collierville Middle), and the new, $100,000,000 High School.
Positioned on the far Eastern edge of Shelby County, Collierville is conveniently located near the city of Memphis, TN. Memphis is home of the blues, Elvis, the Civil Rights Museum, the Memphis Grizzlies, the Memphis Redbirds (minor league affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals), and Beale Street.
About Grace Hill Church:
Grace Hill Church is a 6-year-old church embarking on a new vision God is calling us into. We have recently sold our facility, become debt-free, and have gone portable so we can intentionally invest more of our finances back into ministry and serving our community, not buildings and debt. We have formed a great partnership with our local Movie Theater and have recently begun meeting in this state-of-the-art facility. We are looking toward our future as we build our staff team to lead, equip and help our church reach our community as we become a Jesus-centered, Multi-Ethnic, Missional Community.
