Family Pastor: Full Time

Randall Church is a place that celebrates a heritage of faith, but has a strong vision for the future. Randall is a Baptist church, first established in 1826 outside of Buffalo, NY averaging 250 in attendance, (pre COVID-19) under our dynamic young pastor, Milo Wilson, who began here in 2016.

The Family Pastor is responsible for providing a fun, safe, and exciting environment for the next generation to be cared for and learn about God. They are to develop and implement a comprehensive plan for reaching and growing children, (birth - 5th grade) and youth (6th - 12th grade) into maturing followers of Christ. While the Family Pastor will focus most directly on the youth ministry and their families through freshmen year of college, they will also be responsible for administering the children’s ministry through parents and church volunteers.
