Assistant Teacher

Great Beginnings Preschool, a ministry of Burlington Flats Baptist Church, is hiring a part time teacher’s assistant for the 3 year old classroom.

Requirements:

• Love God and have a passion for teaching children

• Agree to our ministry covenant/statements of faith

• High School Diploma or higher (specific training provided through NYS)

Responsibilities:

Support Head Teacher in daily program activities, such as:

• Supervising children during various activities

• Making copies, cutting and preparing teaching materials

• Light classroom cleaning/organizing

• Snack preparation

• Fill in for head teacher when needed
