Worship Pastor

Memorial Baptist Church (MBC) is looking for a Worship Pastor to join our team in Killeen, Texas. We have been in existence for over 60 years and are debt free. MBC has an annual budget of just under $1,000,000 and Sunday morning in person attendance of more than 250 in each of two services as well as an online engagement.

Our Worship Pastor will work under the leadership of our Senior Pastor, Justin Moss, who is currently in his 6th year of leading the church.

Requirements:

Must be conscientious and sensitive to embody God's desire, the needs of the congregation and neighboring communities in crafting and contextualizing the worship experience. Must be a passionate worshipper, creative in worship design, and an effective builder/leader of teams to impact the corporate worship experience of the congregation vocally, instrumentally and technically. This position requires a passion and giftedness to lead a praise band/team driven worship experience.

This is a pastoral position that requires not only a heart for God but a heart for people with an eagerness to grow Memorial Baptist church to glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
