The Communications Director provides leadership to effectively market Grace Church externally, as well as to promote the vision, initiatives, and events to the Grace community. This will include, but not be limited to print and digital media, web design, social media networking, writing, graphic design, film and advertising.

What to Expect:

-Manage and protect Grace brand consistency while coordinating with all ministries in representation of culture and branding
-Facilitate and manage keeping the website and the mobile applications up-to-date
-Monitor success through an established set of metrics (e.g. increased website use, user feedback mechanisms, etc.)
-Lead creation and execution of promotional ministry as well as event videos, signage, social media tactics, graphics, advertising, etc
-Recruit, lead, inspire and care for the Communications team and volunteer teams
-Develop the department budget and manage spending within the approved budget

What We Expect:

-Bachelor's Degree in a related field
-Strong understanding and skills to implement our "Branding"
-Ministry and Leadership experience with great relational skills
-Outstanding communication, organizational and team-building skills

This is a full time, staff position officing out of our South Overland Park Campus
