Executive Director of Creative Arts

Cornerstone Church in Chandler, Arizona is looking for an Executive Director of Creative Arts to join their team. This person is expected to provide vision, direction, and oversight for the worship, production, and communications ministry for both physical Church campuses as well as the online campus. This Director will be pursuing a goal of creativity, excellence, and innovative approaches to all of our environments and experiences and partnering well with all ministries and teams involved in the process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Using systems, processes, and personnel to execute a world-class weekend experience and maintain a current, vibrant brand

• Approaching ministry in a way that will resonate with the world we live in

• Designing clear courses of action and implementing steps with measurable goals that move the creative team forward

• Creating an environment that builds consensus, symmetry, and integration across the team

What skills you need to have:

• Honesty and trustworthiness

• A sense of humor

• Ability to communicate clearly

• Detail-oriented

• Knowledge of production, worship, and communication gear

• 10+ years of full-time ministry experience and 3 years of experience in a 2,000+ church
