Student and Discipleship Pastor

College Heights is accepting resumes for a full time Student and Discipleship Pastor. The position is approximately 70% student ministry and 30% coordinating adult Life Groups. The position consists of the following responsibilities:

Oversee student ministry at CHBC

Lead weekly student gathering

Provide discipleship opportunities for students

Plan and lead student mission trips

Train and involve students in serving

Help provide opportunities for students to participate and lead in worship services

Plan and participate in annual student events (camp, conferences, etc.)

Coordinate Adult Life Groups by recruiting leaders and connecting people with groups

College Heights started as a neighborhood home church in the 80s. Since then, we have seen God move and work in our church family and in our community consistently through the years. We are excited about what God is doing in and through us as we seek to live out our mission of loving Christ, serving others, and building believers. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is excited to disciple students and equip them to be faith leaders as they grow, is highly relational with strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys thinking outside the box. We are excited to see what God has in store for us in this new season.
