PC Kids helps kids see God and participate in His redemptive story by connecting kids with friends, leaders who care about the, and God. This happens in an environment designed for them that is educational, fun, and experiential.
About the Position:
The PC Children’s Pastor is responsible for leading birth through fifth grade ministries. This Pastoral position focuses on engaging families, teaching, discipling, team development, volunteer assimilation in a fast-paced, relational environment. This position has a strong salary with benefits!
People’s Church is looking for a Children’s Pastor who:
· Is passionate about ministering to children and families
· Serves as the leader of the PC Kids staff (currently 4 full time)
· Equips PC families to live Christ-centered lives
· Develops on-going volunteer recruitment, training, and assimilation
· Develops on-going leader recruitment, development, and assimilation
· Creates and spearheads PC Kids policies and procedures
· Creatively provides family resources
· Is involved in the community
· Creates and spearheads PC Kinds events
· Develops relationships with PC staff, volunteers, and families
· Participates in PC staff meetings and church functions
· Connects with PC families
