About First Baptist Breckenridge
First Baptist Breckenridge is a church that loves Jesus as we strive to preach and teach His gospel. We want our congregation to know Jesus and His teachings and to proclaim Jesus boldly in and outside our community. We currently average approximately 120 in Sunday school and corporate worship service and have guests regularly. Our Student ministry average 20-25 students Sunday mornings and 40-50 students on Wednesday nights. Like many churches, we have not recovered from Covid and the harvest is ripe in our community to bring believers and non-believers into Christ’s church.

About Breckenridge
Breckenridge is a rural town located west of DFW (1 hour 30 minutes) with a population of 6,000 people with several thousand more in small communities around Breckenridge. It is a small town way of life and a great place to raise a family. We have an active community that loves our local school sports and performances and a beautiful lake. Though we are rural, we are a short trip to the DFW metroplex or Abilene.
