Pastor of Discipleship and Worship

Our Vision Statement: “We exist to help develop followers of Jesus who prayerfully engage their communities with the gospel.”

Meadowbrooke Church is located in Southeast Wyoming. We are 90 miles North of Denver and 70 Miles from the Wyoming Mountains. We are a growing congregation of about 200 with a thriving Family Ministry that includes childrens, youth, and young adults. We are prayerfully seeking a full time Pastor of Discipleship and Worship to come along with the lead Pastor and staff to help grow and disciple our congregation.

Duties

● Leadership of Worship and A/V Ministries

● Preaching 5-10 Sundays a year

● Oversight of youth and young adults ministries

● Oversight of Discipleship Pathway and developing of other forms of discipleship within the Church

● Shared responsibility in pastoral counseling

Qualifications

● Meet the qualifications of an Elder as stated in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9

● Is currently seeking, or has obtained a degree from a Bible College or Seminary Training

● Is Ordained, or seeking Ordination

● Pastoral heart and humility (teachable, approachable, hard-working)

● Musical experience for playing and leading worship

● Experience in Discipleship development

Benefits

● 40 hours per week

● 60-72k per year

● No state income tax in Wyoming

● Clergy housing allowance
