The next Worship Pastor at LifeSpring Church will be a passionate, Spirit-filled leader with a heart to dream big, build healthy teams, and lead people into the presence of God through authentic, Christ-centered contemporary worship. He is a visionary who loves developing leaders, pursuing excellence, and creating worship experiences that inspire life change. LifeSpring Church is experiencing incredible momentum as God continues to grow our church, bring new families, and transform lives. This role provides leadership for every aspect of the Sunday worship experience while helping shape the church’s creative vision through worship, production, media, and special projects.
