Executive Pastor

Expectation Church in Fairfax, Virginia, is looking for a new Executive Pastor to join their team. This person will be ready to collaborate with others and help provide administrative oversight in areas such as human resources, budgeting, financial management, facilities management, and policy creation. This person will be integrating the vision of the church in practical and administrative ways. Expectation Church has a highly collaborative team that seeks to empower and elevate volunteers so they will grow in their faith.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting, coaching, and assessing staff

• Implementing processes to optimize operational capabilities

• Striving to expand and unify the church

• Collaborating with the pastoral team regarding ministry administration and implementation of the mission and vision of the church

• Ensuring necessary compliance and consistency with HR benefits administration

• Reviewing, creating, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the church
