Expectations & Conditions of Employment
Every team leader at Centerpoint should do these 4 things:
1. Recruit - Share the vision to help people understand the part they can play in the story. Usually, one on one, face to face recruiting is most effective.
2. Train - Meet with your team at least once a month. Communicate often. Model culture. Reproduce yourself.
3. Organize - Plan ahead. Send the schedule out early. Give details needed. Explain each person’s role and goal. Have people worship one; serve one.
4. Pastor - Pray for and with your team. Encourage, recognize, and reward. Spend time with your team outside of ministry. Address issues of concern when they come up.
