Production Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced individual in the areas of media and production. Success in this role will include a firm knowledge and understanding of Audio, Photography/Video, Presentation, Lighting and Social Media production. You will be called upon to facilitate many different responsibilities within this role while working efficiently and effectively, with high levels of excellence. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing our multiple output channels and guiding our production team during our weekly gatherings. Technology can be inconsistent so the ability to think quickly, troubleshoot, and maintain calm during high pressure moments is a must.   

Responsibilities

• Lead & schedule production team for weekly gatherings
• Install and maintain all production equipment and keep inventory of all owned assets
• Create sermon graphics for all internal speakers and , if needed, guest communicators
• Upload sermon notes weekly into sermon notes database
• Post edit livestream videos and upload to YouTube
• Create & post social media content for multiple output channels and additional graphics for announcements (as needed)
• Create & send weekly newsletter
• Create forms/registrations for certain events/announcements
• Maintain cloud storages & media backups
• Capture events and create recap videos
• General website maintenance & updating
• Point of contact for general technical questions from leadership & staff

Requirements

• 2+ years working in a live production environment or church
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in working with and coaching volunteers of all ages and generations
• Ability to think quickly and react/troubleshoot appropriately in a high-stress situation
• Experience mixing audio and video successfully in a live environment
• Punctuality
• Broad working knowledge of marketing principles, communications, public relations, and media
• An associate degree or technical degree is preferred
