Meet Destiny Worship Center and the Fort Walton Beach Campus:

Destiny Worship Center is a multi-campus church with six locations across the Florida Panhandle. Our Fort Walton Beach Campus is one of our established campuses and is focused on reaching our community through life-giving worship services, engaging teaching, and creating environments where people can encounter Jesus and take their next step.

We are currently looking to add a Production Director to oversee the technical execution of worship services and events at our Fort Walton Beach Campus.

About the Role:

The Production Coordinator serves a vital role in creating distraction-free environments that allow people to experience Christ. This individual will provide leadership to the campus production volunteers and oversee the audio, video, and lighting systems necessary for weekly services and special events.

The Production Coordinator works alongside the Campus Worship Pastor and receives additional support and oversight from the Regional Production Director. This role calls for someone who leads by example, thrives under pressure, enjoys building teams, and values both excellence and relationships.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Support the Campus Worship Pastor in preparing and operating audio, video, and lighting systems for all services and events.
• Connect with new Team Destiny volunteers and help integrate them into the Production Team.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop AVL volunteers through Planning Center.
• Load and organize all service content in ProPresenter while maintaining Destiny branding standards.
• Program lighting cues that enhance worship environments while remaining within established guidelines.
• Mix audio and oversee the technical and creative aspects of production.
• Prepare production spaces each week so volunteers have a clean and organized environment.
• Meet regularly with the Campus Worship Pastor to plan and execute services and events with excellence.
• Submit weekly post-service reports communicating highlights, challenges, and needs.
• Ensure all production equipment is functioning properly and communicate repair or purchasing needs when necessary.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively, especially under pressure.
• Participate in campus staff meetings, church-wide events, and team development opportunities.
• Work alongside the Campus Worship Pastor, Regional Production Director, and volunteers to continually improve the worship experience.

The Production Coordinator reports directly to the Campus Worship Pastor with additional support and oversight from the Regional Production Director. This role is ideal for someone who loves both ministry and technology and enjoys helping others succeed.

Gatherings

Sunday Services

• Weekly worship experiences at the Fort Walton Beach Campus.
• Pre-service preparation, execution, and post-service follow-up.
• Support for baptisms, Nights of Worship, and other church-wide gatherings.

Events

• Special events throughout the year as scheduled.
• Team development and volunteer training opportunities.
• Collaboration with regional production teams and church-wide initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• You love Jesus and His Church
• You have experience with audio, video, and lighting systems in a ministry or live-event environment.
• You are competent in ProPresenter, Planning Center, and modern production workflows.
• Experience with Allen & Heath DLive/Avantis consoles, BlackMagic systems, ChromaQ Vista lighting, and Resi is preferred.
• You are organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with volunteers and staff members.
• You are teachable and value feedback.
• You thrive under pressure and are an effective problem solver.
• You lead with integrity and live by biblical standards.
• You genuinely enjoy building teams and serving others.
• You are comfortable working within established systems and clear expectations.
