Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office hours, Sundays required, with evenings/special events as needed

Position Summary
Faith Church is seeking a Central Production Director to lead production ministry across our nine campuses. This role exists to help create distraction-free worship and ministry environments where people can encounter the presence of God.
This is a ministry leadership role with a strong technical foundation. The Central Production Director will lead production staff, equip volunteers, strengthen systems, oversee campus production needs, and help production ministry serve the church with excellence, clarity, and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead production ministry across all nine Faith Church campuses.
- Directly supervise production staff and provide leadership to campus production volunteers.
- Recruit, train, coach, and equip production leaders and volunteers.
- Establish standards for audio, lighting, video, staging, AVL systems, safety, and equipment care.
- Oversee production support for Sunday services, special services, and major ministry events.
- Troubleshoot service-critical production issues as needed.
- Prioritize campus production projects, clarify timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure follow-through.
- Communicate clearly with campus pastors, worship leaders, ministry leaders, staff, volunteers, vendors, and contractors.
- Create and maintain production documentation, workflows, and training resources.
- Oversee production equipment care, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, inventory, and purchasing recommendations.
- Build a healthy, collaborative, others-centered production culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of AVL, live production, church production, or related experience required.
- Strong working knowledge of live audio, lighting, video, staging, and AVL systems.
- Working knowledge of Q-SYS and Dante preferred.
- Experience with Waves, ProPresenter, Resolume, GrandMA, and Planning Center preferred.
- Strong understanding of signal flow, gain structure, wireless systems, video routing, lighting control, and basic networking.
- Ability to troubleshoot calmly and effectively in live ministry environments.
- Strong project management skills, including prioritization, timelines, documentation, and follow-through.
- Clear and consistent communication with technical and non-technical leaders.
- Proven ability to train, equip, and develop staff and volunteers.
- Prior church production experience strongly preferred.
- Prior multi-campus or multi-site production experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production, Audio Engineering, Technical Theatre, Media, Communications, Ministry, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Equivalent hands-on experience, certifications, and demonstrated leadership may be considered in place of a degree.

Physical Requirements
This role may require the ability to lift, carry, move, and install production equipment; work from stages, booths, control rooms, ladders, lifts, and technical environments when appropriate and trained; and move throughout ministry spaces during services, events, and projects.
