Youth Director

Trinity Church is looking for a part-time youth director who has a passion for Jesus, the gift of leadership, and the ability to lead a youth group. We are looking for a leader who can communicate a Biblical direction in a way that inspires teens to develop their own heart for Jesus. The youth director must know how to have fun with teens and connect with them in a relational manner.  This position requires a passionate heart for Jesus, the gift of leadership, and a love for youth. The rest can be taught and learned along the way if necessary. The ideal candidate would have the ability to communicate in Spanish, but that is not a requirement.

This position is part-time, 20 hours a week, and the salary will be determined based upon the individual’s experience, education, and spiritual maturity ($19-22 an hour).  Though we are looking for an experienced and well-rounded candidate, we are open to candidates that might need to grow into the position.
