Worship Director/Minister

The Worship Director is responsible for providing leadership for all components of the worship ministry of Church on the Rock. The candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Jesus Christ, with a heart to lead others into worship. Though this primarily happens on Sunday Mornings, the Worship Director will also have a role of caring for those that are on the music and audio/visual teams and continuing to promote a culture of worship between gatherings.

COTR is a disciple making and missional church. Everything we do is driven by our desire to make Jesus known and glorified in our community and culture. We currently hold 2 worship services each Sunday morning. The first is Bilingual (Spanish and English). This is not an easy undertaking but we know that it is worth it. The worship and the message flows in and out of both languages. We meet in homes for Life groups each Sunday evening. We gather again on Wednesday evening for a time of prayer and worship. Our mission is shaped by 3 core values: The Gospel. Healthy Community. And Prayer Worship.
